Leith become hub for new Scottish Rugby venture

Leith Rugby Club was delight to be designated as a Tartan Touch centre for 2017! It is a great boost for the club and will help as we continue to grow ourselves in the Leith community providing rugby to a host of willing participants.

Tartan Touch is a simplified version of the non contact game which has been launched by the SRU over the past few weeks with the aim of getting more people playing the game, whether it be complete beginners, those relatively new to the game or people who have not played in a while. For more information on Tartan Touch and what it is all about, check out the website - http://www.tartantouch.org/

Leith will be running sessions on Monday evenings at Academy Park for 7pm for 10 weeks and will involve something for everyone, rugby skills, fitness, good fun and a chance to meet new people. The sessions cost only £3 each, however you can get a special Tartan Touch Summer Pass, which for only £20 you can get access to all 10 sessions. Thats a saving of £10!
