Debut PlayOn event a success

Winning all their games and providing a third of the guys in attendance, Leith Rugby are pleased to have attended the first PlayOn 10s event at Murrayfield, an initiative driven through Edinburgh Rugby to encourage rugby playing opportunities for players who can't commit to regular training or games. A great initiative, the club looks forward to supporting future events, scheduled to take place on the last Friday of each month.

The next events, both scheduled for 6:30pm starts, are:

Friday 25 April
Friday 30 May

We hope the event will develop over the coming months, as the provision of social rugby for those whose other commitments preclude their participation in regular rugby is an important facet of the games development in Scotland.

Join us for the event on April 25, for an enjoyable evening at Murrayfield. We can't guarantee you'll end up on TV like Craig Winton though!
