Match Preview

It's been a busy week for the Leithers, and following fixtures with Forrester, Kinross and Scottish Prison Service at Academy Park, the boys go into their fourth game in 8 days, and a first away day of the season, as the head to The Anchor, and Paisley RFC. Our last action of 2016/17 took place at the same venue, as the 7s squad travelled through for the Paisley Super 7s, and it is good to be returning again so soon, to a club who took good care of us back in April. We make the journey along the M8 without outgoing club captain, Kenny Dannfald, who is obviously no longer willing to show his face at his boyhood club sans armband!

While one squad will make the journey to Renfrewshire, another squad of Leithers make the shorter journey to Murrayfield to take on Inverleith 2s, alongside Caledonian Thebans, in a 1pm KO on the 3G back pitch at the national stadium.
